Oversee all paving and civil engineering work.
It is a very rewarding job because the craftsmen start to act based on that idea, and they make it exactly as they imagined it.
Leadership to pull the whole thing is required, but the breadth of knowledge will naturally expand as you work in collaboration with experts in various fields. As for the scale of the site, there are sites of various sizes ranging from tens of millions of yen to hundreds of millions of yen in contract amounts.

■Experienced: Monthly salary from 210,000 yen
*Determined in consideration of experience, qualifications, etc.
*There is a trial period of 3 months / No change in treatment during the period

Once per year (June)

3 times per year (June, September, December)
